Yes, you can supply your own suitable hardware and receive a discount; minimum system specifications are available on request.
Can the Planet eStream solution be installed on a virtualized server?
Yes, we have many clients running Planet eStream on VM Ware etc.
Can the users text chat during a live broadcast?
Yes, users are able to text chat with other users via the live view page. The ability to add comments is also available for archived content.
Does the Planet eStream system generate viewing statistics?
Yes, the Planet eStream admin site displays user/clip stats.
Does the system allow off air recording of Freeview TV?
Yes, the Planet eStream supports a full web based EPG (Electronic Program Guide) allowing the user to select programs they wish to record using the optional Freeview scheduler module.
Does the Planet eStream Freeview module allow multiple channels to be recorded at the same time?
Yes, the Planet eStream Freeview scheduler allows up to 25 DVB-T Freeview channels to be recorded concurrently, as standard.
Does the Planet eStream system have a facility to add images?
Yes, the Planet eStream system does allow you to create an image archive.
