Yes, the Planet eStream system is fully configurable - you decide which users can access which content from which location.
Can you create playlists with the Planet eStream system?
Yes, you are able to create playlists with the Planet eStream system and also have the facility to schedule the playlist to broadcast at different times and dates.
Am I able to link or embed video into other websites from the Planet eStream system?
Yes, Planet eStream allows you to link or embed the video content to other websites, social networking sites and VLEs.
Does Planet eStream facilitate lecture capture?
Yes, Planet eStream does facilitate lecture capture via the optional Lecture Capture Encoder which will capture video from 2 sources concurrently e.g. live camera and the interactive whiteboard/visual presenter or projector.
Are you able to control the encoders remotely?
Yes, Planet eStream allows remote control of any of your encoders via a web page.
Are you able to download the video files locally and add them to PowerPoint?
Yes, authorised users are able to download the files locally and add them to PowerPoint or use them in other software packages.
Are you able to add PowerPoint slides to a presentation?
Yes, Planet eStream allows the insertion of PowerPoint slides or stills and synchronise them with the relevant video.
