Planet eStream v5 - The Video Streaming and Archiving IPTV solution for Schools, Colleges, Universities and the Private Sector

Planet eStream core solution and all modules are available for outright capital purchase by your establishment. This route entitles you to perpetual license to use your Planet eStream without having to pay any ongoing licensing fees. Your only ongoing revenue budget cost would be an annual support contract. Currently our helpdesk/remote desktop support option is priced at £599 plus VAT.

Planet eStream core solution only is available now via annual subscription from revenue budget. This route requires per annum renewal of the core solution subscription and outright capital purchase in year one of any other Planet eStream modules required. There are no other ongoing costs for helpdesk/remote desktop support under the subscription scheme.

Planet eStream core solution and all modules are available via Planet AV Finance rental agreements from revenue budget. This allows you to pay over 3 to 5 years via monthly or quarterly rental payments. At the end of the term we can facilitate a perpetual license to use Planet eStream, without having to pay ongoing license fees, for a one off final payment. Step 1.

Obtain an official individual quotation for your establishment by calling our team on 01274 713400 or emailing sales@planetestream.co.uk.

Step 2.

Raise an official validated purchase order at your establishment detailing our quotation reference number or individual part numbers and prices. If you need to add us as a supplier on your system and require more information such as our bank details etc, then please email sales@planetestream.co.uk to request the information.

Step 3.

Post, fax or email your order to us using the contact details to the left.

Step 4.

On receipt of your official order, we will validate it and set up a credit account for your educational establishment with 30 day credit terms for orders referring to outright purchase or subscription. If your purchase order relates to rental payments option, we will then organise immediate contact from our finance partner Syscap to complete the necessary finance forms and documentation with you. Either way, we will process your order promptly.

Step 5.

Delivery, installation and implementation can be organised to your preferred timescale but our minimum lead time is 15 working days from the date that we receive your order.
